Please note that there will be a conference fee of 15 €/day for participants who are not members of the WAVE Network. Your registration is confirmed once the WAVE office has received your fee. (Please see the guidance form for registration to see how you can pay the conference fee). 

In case of financial difficulties, such as the examples mentioned below, you can apply for an exemption of the WAVE Conference fee.

  • Lack of funding security within your organization
  • Private financial difficulties
  • Other serious difficulties

Please note: The WAVE Executive Manager needs to approve your request. In case of approval, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the WAVE Office Assistant.

This year the WAVE conference will organize 10 workshops. For logistical purposes, please indicate your first and second preference of the workshops you would like to attend. Please see the workshop titles below, and indicate your preferences through ticking the relevant box:

Lunch will be provided throughout the 3-day Conference. Please indicate below your meal preferences:

If we do not receive your dietary requirements by the 30th of September, we cannot guarantee the availability of suitable meals for you.
