Enhancing services for victims in Kosovo*

The quality guidelines for women’s shelters contain crucial information on the situation in Kosovo. The Guidelines are based on the Istanbul Convention and are thus also relevant for women’s shelters and women’s specialist support services in other countries. The guidelines are available in English, Albanian and Serbian.
