WAVE Multidisciplinary Training on how collaboration between women’s movement, legal institutions and decision makers can ensure effective, survivor-centered support for women survivors of rape
This year’s Multidisciplinary Training was a two half-day digital event on 29–30 September, focusing on how effective collaboration between specialist WSS and the legal system can ensure effective, survivor-centred support for women survivors of rape. The training consisted of presentations and interactive sessions in breakout groups, giving space to learn, share and exchange good practices and experiences. Balancing the composition of the participants to ensure representation from different target groups was a priority (counsellors and psychologists from WSS, legal professionals, NGO coordinators, academics).
