This paper was written by Rosa Logar (Domestic Abuse Intervention Centre Vienna) and Enikő Pap (NANE – Women’s Rights Association) as part of the WAVE Legal Experts Working Group. The paper looks at the protection of children from violence in the context of intimate partner violence and custody and visitation rights, in light of the international normative framework (with special attention to the Istanbul Convention).
